We are seeking a motivated Limited Access Driller or Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers solid growth potential, hands-on training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialized and in-demand trade. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outdoors in various conditions
What You’ll Do As an Assistant
Assist with or operate limited access drilling equipment in a variety of field environments
Support drilling operations including setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
Work closely with the lead driller and project team to complete jobs safely and efficiently
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
Perform physical labor as required (lifting, carrying, operating tools, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Excellent attendance, robust work ethic, and reliable punctuality
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Prior drilling experience is recommended
