Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on admission
Collaborate on care plans with patients and inter-skilled teams
Coordinate nursing care and set priorities for support staff
Teach patients and families about health restoration
Document assessments, nursing diagnoses, and interventions Requirements:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Current registration with BCCNM
Two years recent related clinical nursing experience
