Job Summary

Join our agile Obstetric and Gynecology (OB-GYN) clinic. Our clinic is looking for a full time clinic nurse to assist our group of 8 Obstetrician/ Gynecologists primarily in the Obstetrical area of the practice.

Primary duties of our nurse would involve direct Obstetrical patient encounters for both initial assessments and follow -up visits on site, assisting the Physicians with the care for these patients.

Additional responsibilities would include collecting pertinent patient clinical information and chart preparation prior to patient encounters, follow - up communications to patients, administration of injectable medications, instrument cleaning and sterilization, ordering of supplies and organizing supplies needed for exam rooms

Qualifications




Valid registration as an RN or RPN with current licensure in the applicable region
Proven experience in hospital or outpatient clinical settings, preferably with an Obstetrics background
Solid knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care protocols
Experience working with electronic health records systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide explicit patient education and support sensitive health discussions

Pay: $30.90-$35.00 per hour
