Create and implement individualized nutrition care plans
Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings for clients
Counsel clients regarding nutrition and health support
Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated patient care
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in nutrition Requirements:
Degree from an approved Dietetic Practicum Program
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Previous clinical nutrition experience is an asset
