In this permanent role, you will join FinDev Canada’s Investments team to originate, manage, and lead fund investment transactions. Key Responsibilities
Identify recent investment opportunities in Private Equity Funds
Lead the entire transaction lifecycle from origination to closing
Manage a portfolio of fund investments and client interactions
Assess transaction risks and provide recommendations
Mentor junior investment professionals in the organization
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years post-MBA investment experience
Experience in originating and closing fund transactions
Robust skills in investment risk assessment
Proficient in client relationship management
Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
