Join HSO as a Monitoring Service Lifecycle Manager, based in Canada. This role is focused on managing a comprehensive portfolio of managed services that enhance visibility and performance. In this position, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of HSO’s Monitoring Service.

Your focus will be on ensuring continuous service improvement and adherence to strategic business goals while maintaining robust communication across teams. You’ll be accountable for aligning service capabilities with customer needs and defining KPIs for success. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of the monitoring service
Ensure alignment with SLAs and operational standards
Collaborate with marketing on service positioning
Track service performance and implement improvements
Drive automation to enhance service efficiency Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in service or product management
