The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the home improvement and building materials industry while working in a rapid-paced, customer-facing environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer finds exactly what they need for their project, from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in and inbound customers (phone/email) with product selection and order inquiries
Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners through helpful and knowledgeable service




Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales and close orders
Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse for pickups and deliveries
Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and in a positive manner
Stay current on product inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom floor

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
Proven experience in sales is required
Background in renovation, construction, or building materials is required
Must be able to reliably commute to our location
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in person
Robust problem-solving ability with a calm and professional approach
Highly organized, able to multitask and work well under pressure
Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first attitude
