Drive impactful disability management solutions as a Disability & Accommodation Consultant at the University of Toronto. Support staff and faculty in navigating sick leave and LTD cases while promoting inclusive workplaces. As a key member of the HR team, you’ll oversee disability management for all University personnel.

This vital full time role requires robust expertise in accommodation services, relationship management, and knowledge of current HR policies. You will collaborate with external providers and advise on best practices in employee accommodations and disability support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage sick leave and LTD cases for faculty and staff
Provide accommodation services for returning employees




Liaise with external LTD providers and HR
Develop and deliver training on disability best practices
Offer expert advice on policies related to accommodations Requirements:
University degree in health science or equivalent
Minimum five years of related experience
Robust counseling and mediation skills
Knowledge of human rights legislation
Certification in disability management preferred Utilize your skills in disability management, employee support, and policy guidance to foster a caring and equitable work environment.
