Join our team as a Customer Service and Food Handling Associate. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, ensures food safety and quality, and keeps the operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance experience
Prepare and handle food items according to safety standards and procedures, including basic food prep tasks
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions, sales processing, and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, cleaning food prep stations, and adhering to food safety regulations
Support quick service operations by managing order accuracy, timely delivery of food items, and productive customer flow
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with POS systems preffered
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced quick service or rapid-food restaurant setting
Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings is must
