This position leads the Integration Reliability Engineering team within the Financial Connections group.

What you'll do
Define and enforce reliability standards for banking integrations and manage partner-related escalations.
Establish SLOs and operational metrics to identify risks and prioritize the integration backlog.
Maintain technical relationships with financial partners to align on roadmaps and commercial requirements.
Direct the integration of agentic, LLM-powered workflows to reduce manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
Build and manage a team of Integration Reliability Engineers, focusing on coaching, hiring, and technical development.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between engineering, product, compliance, and legal departments.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in people leadership within a TechOps workplace.
Proven ability to coach team members, manage performance, and build high-functioning teams.
Hands-on technical proficiency, including code review,
data querying, and end-to-end investigation of integration failures.
Experience in operational leadership, specifically with incident command, production reliability, and defining SLOs.
Background in managing technical partner or vendor relationships at a leadership level.
Experience overseeing or building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in a production setting.
Robust communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Deep knowledge of open banking, payments partner integrations, or financial data aggregation.
Experience building a TechOps or operations engineering function from the ground up.
Demonstrated success in influencing engineering roadmaps to prioritize reliability and operational tooling.
