Implement treatment plans from supervising OT/PT
Assist clients with mobility and exercise programs
Monitor and document client progress during treatment
Provide caregiver education for effective home care
Maintain communication with the rehabilitation team Requirements:
Valid OTA/PTA certification from a recognized institution
Relevant work experience in home health care
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Negative TB test and CPR/First Aid certification
