Duties
Assist with the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools
Operate machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and digging trenches for irrigation systems or plantings
Support irrigation setup and repairs to ensure optimal watering systems are in place
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and fertilizing
Conduct general garden care with an emphasis on horticulture best practices and plant health




Maintain tools and equipment through regular cleaning, inspection, and mechanical repairs as needed
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working workplace for yourself and team members

Experience
Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or construction is highly desirable
Familiarity with operating excavators and other mechanical equipment is a plus
Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance enhances your suitability for this role
Hands-on experience with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and plant health management
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine repairs
