We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman/woman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate a team of skilled workers, and ensure that all landscape projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate landscape installation, maintenance, and construction activities in office
Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion
Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, planting, lawn care, and irrigation system management
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and communicate updates to management
Assist with technical tasks such as irrigation setup, gardening practices, and horticultural care
Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory to support efficient operations

Qualifications




Proven supervising experience in landscaping or construction environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices
Construction experience preferred for site preparation and installation tasks
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
Relevant certifications in landscaping, horticulture or related fields are a plus
