We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the cooking staff. Duties
Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients
Support cooking staff by preparing meals according to established recipes and guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations
Assist with serving meals during peak hours to ensure timely delivery to customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations




Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen managers to meet daily production needs

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen workplace is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration
Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
