This role requires a knack for prioritizing, effective communication, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations. You will be responsible for triaging patients, performing assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to stabilize and educate patients. Key Responsibilities:
Triage patients based on acuity and urgency
Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications
Respond to critical situations including trauma and cardiac arrest
Monitor vital signs and initiate wound care and IV therapy
Document care in electronic medical records accurately Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse License required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications essential
Minimum 2 years of emergency or acute care experience
Solid communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations Utilize your nursing expertise to make a significant impact in the Emergency Room.
