Responsibilities
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal watering efficiency
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for various landscaping projects
Perform gardening duties like pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and soil preparation to promote plant health
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and longevity
Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving site preparation and installation of landscape features
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work setting
Qualifications
Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is advantageous
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices or construction experience is beneficial but not mandatory
