Bonjour Bagel is looking for professional, energetic, and sales-driven Crew Members to join our team at West Edmonton Mall.
This is not just a cashier position. Customer experience and sales are at the heart of the job.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly professional, friendly, and confident with customers
Very comfortable with sales, upselling, and cross-selling
Able to create a outstanding customer experience and build customer loyalty
Quick, organized, and comfortable multitasking
Autonomous and able to take initiative without constant supervision
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced workplace
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing and serving food, recommending products, processing payments, restocking, cleaning, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly. Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or food service is a robust asset.
