Caregiver / Home Care Worker

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide in home support to a client twice per week, approximately 3 to 4 hours per visit. The position is available to start as soon as possible.

Duties
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light meal preparation and household tasks
Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed
Provide mobility and safety support
Assist with errands and appointments when required
Maintain a clean, protected, and comfortable setting
Communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate person
Provide respectful, compassionate, and client centered care

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a caregiver, healthcare aide, support worker, or similar role




Experience providing care to seniors or individuals with health related needs is an asset
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and follow care instructions
First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
Vulnerable Sector Check may be required
