Central Health Care is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in the south end of Guelph. We are currently looking to hire a part time clinic coordinator to join our amazing team. As one of Guelph's most established (50+ years) clinics we offer a qualified and collaborative team environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will
Greet patients and visitors in friendly and professional manner both in person and over the phone
Answer phones and direct to the appropriate person
Accurately book patient appointments
Check-in patients and provide guidance for completion of all necessary paperwork relating to their appointments
Process payments by cash/debit, reconcile daily transactions and prepare cash summary reports
Process insurance, WSIB and MVA billings and maintain receivables
Work collaboratively and effectively with all team members to provide a welcoming and patient focused environment
Perform other general clinic/administrative duties including data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying,



scanning, printing documents and maintaining tidiness in clinic, administrative areas and the front reception area
Answer client questions
Manage social media accounts

Skills required to be successful:
Teachable
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Great time management and organization skills
Resourcefulness
Comfort with technology
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate
Knowledge of Jane software as well as the Telus and HCAI billing portals would be considered an asset but is not required
Experience with WSIB and MVA claims would be considered an asset but is not required
Comfort with posting and managing social media platforms

No weekends however must be willing to work some evenings until 7pm. Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
