This role focuses on ensuring families receive timely updates and support throughout their child's study abroad journey. Your ability to understand family concerns and collaborate with internal mentors will help optimize the student experience. Key Responsibilities:
Build long-term relationships with families to provide updates
Ensure effective feedback loops between families and advising teams




Proactively address family concerns and challenges
Collect feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and processes
Monitor service quality and engagement with families Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education or related fields
2+ years in education services or customer success
Solid communication and project management skills
English fluency for direct communication
