Agility Massage clinic is looking for Full or Part time Clinic Receptionist to join our team. Agility Massage strongly believe in building relationship with clients and provide highest quality of care and treatment. The clinic specializes in Massage and Acupuncture treatments by Registered Qualified Therapists.
We are looking for a person that brings energy to front desk, attend to clients on the phone and in person. Coordinate and organize appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the clinic and deliver of quality care. This person would take on most of the operating hours throughout the week and we will provide training and support to develop your skills to be autonomous and be able to run the front desk operations with minimum supervision.

Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
Strong computer & data entry skills
Adaptable & adaptable to change
Experience working in a clinic environment is an added advantage

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
