You will work under the guidance of RN Case Managers, providing essential personal care, maintaining a clean environment, and addressing resident concerns. This position is vital in promoting trust, respect, and quality service within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to resident and family concerns effectively
Maintain a safe, clean workplace for residents
Report safety issues to the Client Service Supervisor




Collaborate with agencies involved in resident care
Engage in training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
Completion of Health Care Aide program with 500 hours
Experience in community health services with seniors
Robust communication and organizational skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
