As a Advantages Advisor, you will meet virtually with clients to help them better understand available benefit options and support them in making informed decisions based on their needs.

This position combines communication, relationship-building, organization, and client service in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify client needs and explain available benefit options
