Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages positive interactions
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring smooth flow at the front counter
Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales, food purchases, or merchandise payments
Provide information about programs, activities, or services offered, demonstrating strong public speaking skills when needed
Assist with food service operations if applicable, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards
Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction




Support event setup and breakdown, helping with logistics and guest management during busy periods

Requirements
Experience working with children or in a customer service setting is highly desirable
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and team members
Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a positive experience for all visitors
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
Previous food service experience or familiarity with hospitality practices is a plus
Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
