As the Gladue Program Manager, you will oversee the assignment of Gladue Writers and ensure timely report completion.

This role emphasizes communication with Defense lawyers and Crown Attorneys, while promoting the values of the Gladue Program. You will provide feedback, organize training for writers, and maintain smooth operations within the judicial system. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full time and contract Gladue Writers
Assign tasks and deliver constructive feedback
Facilitate training and continuous learning for writers
Collaborate with legal specialists and judges
Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant experience
Proficient in at least two of Inuktitut, English, or French
In-depth knowledge of Inuit culture
Experience working within the judicial system of Nunavik
Security clearance required Lead the Gladue Program and support Inuit culture in justice matters through dedicated advocacy.
