Our company services 45 minute radius of Orillia

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning activities for prompt resolution
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize high-traffic areas
Manage time and complete work within the assigned time frame at a high standard




Travel to various locations throughout the day

Experience
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
Knowledge of eco friendly cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in all tasks
Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated shifts
Own vehicle or ability to get to jobs external of a bus route.
Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow with the company
Works well as a team and independently
Can identify tasks to be completed independently
