Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
Use hand tools for carpentry, woodworking
Handle heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety standards are met
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project




Robust knowledge of carpentry, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
Familiarity with welding processes for structural or decorative purposes
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
Prior experience in restoration projects or working with schematics is desirable
