Job Title: Cleaner / Personal de Limpieza – Part Time (Residential, Commercial & Airbnb)

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Hours: Part-Time / Flexible (Starting from 10 to 25+ hours per week)

​At CleanCo, we deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and Airbnb / short-term rental cleaning services. We are looking for reliable, fast, and energetic people to join our team! We offer a supportive work environment, flexible hours, and paid training.

​Pay Structure
​$20.00 / hour: Initial training period (First 3 days).
​$21.00 / hour: Regular rate (Starting on Day 4 onward).
​(Paid training provided)

What We Are Looking For
​Communicative English: Basic English to communicate with team members and clients.
​Spanish is an Asset! (¡Hablamos español! Si hablas español, es un gran plus).
​Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel to different job locations (service area ranges from West Vancouver to Mission).
​Work Ethic: Fast worker, punctual, hard-working, and eager to learn.
​Eye for Detail: High standards for cleanliness, neatness,



and turnover setup.
​No Experience Needed: Experience in residential or Airbnb cleaning is a plus, but we will fully train the right person!
​Work Authorization: Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.

​Main Responsibilities
​Clean residential homes, offices, and Airbnb / vacation rentals (turnover cleanings: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, deep cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, and preparing spaces for current guests).
​Work at an efficient, steady pace while maintaining high quality.
​Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning products correctly.
​Travel to assigned job locations on time.

​What We Offer
​Competitive Pay: $20.00/hr during 3-day training, then $21.00/hr.
