Educators will play a vital role in creating enriching, child-led learning experiences. This role may involve working across multiple locations in Spruce Grove to support and implement creative childcare programs. Key Responsibilities:
Develop child-care programs promoting holistic development
Lead engaging activities like storytelling and games
Maintain a secure and healthy environment for children




Assess children's needs and communicate progress with parents
Observe and report on children's behavioral development Requirements:
Child Development Certificate (Alberta, Level 1, 2, or 3)
Valid Standard Child Care / Level C First Aid certificate
Current Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
Previous experience in childcare preferred
