Looking for a solid Senior Development Lead with 10+ Years of overall experience and at least 5+ Years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching team members.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ Years of progressive experience in software engineering.
5+ Years of technical leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Proven success in modernizing complex enterprise platforms using modern architectural principles and technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile software delivery environments.

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with several of the following technologies and practices:
Java and Spring Boot




RESTful API design and development
Event-Driven Architecture and Apache Kafka
Microservices and Distributed Systems
