Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
Operate manual tools and equipment safely under supervision when required
Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and materials





Experience
Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not mandatory; a solid willingness to learn is essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
