BarBurrito is looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our crew. You’ll be the face of the restaurant — building burritos, bowls, and quesadillas fresh in front of guests while keeping the line moving and the vibe upbeat.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the build-your-own menu with a friendly, effective approach
Prepare and portion ingredients (proteins, rice, beans, salsas, toppings) to recipe and portion standards
Operate grills, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness of the line, dining area, and washrooms throughout shifts
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Restock ingredients and supplies during service
Follow all food safety and handling regulations (FOODSAFE Level 1)
Work as part of a team to hit speed-of-service targets during rushes
Qualifications
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
