The Contracts

Specialist will take charge of contracting activities tied to KSPC’s projects portfolio, engaging with stakeholders for requirements, and leading pre-qualifications. Your expertise will drive the preparation of bid documents and ensure compliance with competitive bid laws. You'll also handle negotiations, award recommendations, and post-award contract amendments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement processes for diverse contract types
Develop and implement contract strategies with stakeholders




Manage proposal requests and ensure compliance
Evaluate bidder proposals and negotiate contract terms
Act as the primary contact for contract disputes Requirements:
7+ years of relevant contracts experience
Certification in Supply Chain or related field preferred
Robust knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba beneficial
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
