Minimum Requirements
7+ years of skilled software development experience , with a heavy focus on backend systems within financial services.
Expert-level proficiency in Node.js , with the ability to navigate and integrate both ecosystems effectively.
Solid experience with MongoDB , including schema design, aggregation frameworks, and performance tuning.
Proven track record in Capital Markets tech , with a solid understanding of the client lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, AML).
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience or a solid interest in WebAssembly (Wasm) for performance optimization.
