Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess robust time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience
Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper change is given




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and preparation

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
