Job Title: Clinical Therapist (Registered Behaviour Analyst, BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate service delivery for all clients on assigned caseload
Develop current ABA programs and modify existing protocols as clinically required
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour reduction and intervention plans
Conduct client skill assessments and train all team members to deliver programming effectively
Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments
Analyze, interpret, and monitor client data to inform decision making and program adjustments
Review active caseload regularly and determine appropriate supervision and consultation frequency
Provide direct, real-time supervision to Assistant Clinical Therapists and Instructor Therapists
Monitor and evaluate therapist performance, ensuring clinical quality and fidelity
Offer guidance to parents, caregivers, and staff during urgent or emergency situations (including by phone)
Prepare and review client progress reports with families and clinical team
Lead team meetings, staff training, and clinical workshops
Serve as primary parent/caregiver contact for assigned clients
Scheduling requirement: 40 hours per week,



8 hours per day
Professional Development allowance provided annually

Qualifications:
R.B.A. (ONT.) Autonomous in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
Valid CPR/First Aid training
Full time availability Monday - Friday with the exception of a day in lieu for weeks you are in center on Saturdays
Valid CPI Training (asset)
Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Robust written and oral communication skills
Ability to supervise and provide feedback to employees

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
