Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations during transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or allergens, and provide excellent customer service
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
