Reporting to the ERP Manager, this role involves understanding user needs and recommending system enhancements.

You'll collaborate closely with technical teams for implementing solutions, automations, and optimizations leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O.; Your efforts will help drive SNDL's digital transformation and business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to assess and optimize business processes
Collaborate on workflow automation and system integration initiatives




Document functional designs and business requirements accurately
Own key ERP processes to ensure effective solutions
Conduct training for end users and support teams Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, 3+ with Dynamics 365 F&O;
Manufacturing and supply chain experience in Dynamics 365 F&O;
Solid analytical skills with a customer service focus
Knowledge of SOX compliance methodology
Effective communication skills in team settings Support SNDL with your expertise in business analysis, ERP functionality, and process optimization.
