Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Participate in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.




Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.

Skills
Previous experience in the food service or food industry is highly desirable.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to help customers effectively.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to food preparation and handling.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for coffee and beverage preparation is a plus.
MINIMUM 1 year barista experience at a cafe or restaurant
