We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of specialty coffee, proficiency in latte art, matcha, and espresso extraction, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume, rapid-paced setting.
Experience
Required Skills:
Proficiency in latte art and knowledge of espresso and espresso-based drinks, and matcha
Bilingual
Customer service orientation
Familiarity with food safety practices
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the food industry
Proficiency in cash handling procedures
Knowledge of POS systems

Pay: $16.60-$18.00 per hour
