Establish and grow relationships with key customer accounts
Manage customer complaints and service issues effectively
Process accounts receivable and payable transactions

Coordinate interpretation and translation service requests Requirements:
Minimum of one year in call center operations
Proficiency in CRM systems and financial processes
Proven customer service experience in a sales role
Fluent in English and at least one additional language
