We are seeking a barber living in the Ottawa area and surrounding who is a skilled and passionate to join our team. Who has 4+ years of experience.

Work on Sundays commission pay The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients.

Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and secure workplace.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering skilled advice.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling payments.




Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
Robust skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients positively.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Experience in retail sales and upselling products is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
