We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring worksites are protected and projects are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
cut, jackhammer and restore concrete
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
Help with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
Perform general maintenance of construction equipment
-Perform concrete prep including grinding and shotblasting
Installation of resins, epoxy coatings and waterproofing membranes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
