With over three years of experience in fine dining hospitality, you will manage the bar’s daily operations, establish best practices, and drive both staff productivity and guest satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining relationships with suppliers and crafting memorable beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee bar and beverage program operations daily
Develop creative cocktail lists and maintain standards




Build relationships with beverage suppliers for new products
Train staff and ensure adherence to operational standards
Manage conflict resolution and promote the restaurant's vision Requirements:
3+ years in fine dining or high-volume hospitality
WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate is an asset
