Apply your analytical skills as a Dairy Float Technician with PEI Analytical Laboratories. Analyze milk samples and support dairy industry quality standards. This role is responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of dairy products.

Key tasks include compositional analysis using advanced FTIR technology, flow cytometry for bacteria analysis, and verifying data accuracy. Candidates will also support producers and clients through effective communication and documentation maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Receive and sort milk samples per submission criteria
Analyze raw milk for composition using FTIR technology
Conduct bacterial analysis using Petrifilm
Maintain lab documentation to meet accreditation standards
Provide support to clients via telephone and email Requirements:
Diploma in Laboratory or Environmental Technology or related field
Experience in an accredited laboratory workplace
Knowledge of Microsoft and LIMS software
Background in agriculture, especially dairy, is an asset
