Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, residents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring property, preventing theft or vandalism, and maintaining a secure environment. This role is essential in safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with safety protocols across all job sites.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations
Control access points by verifying identification and managing visitor sign-in procedures
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential security risks and implementing preventative measures
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors while maintaining a professional presence
Qualifications
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not required
Valid Security License is mandatory
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation is highly desirable
Robust understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work versatile shifts as needed

Pay: $17.20-$20.96 per hour
