Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children’s developmental stages
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and independence
Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing personalized support as needed
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care
Maintain organized records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental milestones
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate assistance




Use computer skills to document observations, prepare reports, and manage classroom schedules

Qualifications
Proficiency in English
Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles
Solid communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation
Computer operation skills for record keeping and communication purposes
Classroom experience demonstrating leadership, time management, and teaching abilities
Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
