Meridian North Contracting is a growing commercial roofing and waterproofing company looking for an experienced Single-Ply Roofing Installer to join our team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and has hands-on experience installing TPO and EPDM roofing systems. This position is ideal for someone who can work confidently with minimal supervision and is looking for long-term growth with a company that values its people.
Responsibilities
Install TPO and EPDM single-ply roofing systems
Prepare roof surfaces and complete installations according to specifications
Perform hot-air welding and flashing details
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work site
Work efficiently as part of a skilled crew
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience, specifically with TPO and/or EPDM systems
Valid Fall Protection Certification (required)
Experience with hot-air welding is an asset
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal training and supervision
