Description:
Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
Answer questions about food, beverages, alcohol and other restaurant functions and services
Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
Follow all food safety standards and systems
Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications
Must have completed the SMARTSERVE program
Must have good command of the English language.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to multi-task

Duties:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking,



confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
Serving food
Serving alcohol
Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Answering phone calls
Prep or side work
Placing to-go orders
Preparing bill and processing payment
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes, cleaning washrooms, taking out garbage.
Reconciling daily cash transactions
