Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Site Super to oversee construction projects at our sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management software, quality control, estimating, and supervising to ensure successful project completion.

Duties:
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance
Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulations

Qualifications:




Proven experience in commercial construction supervision
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance
Familiarity with construction estimating processes
